I have recently accepted my first post graduation job offer to work in one of the multi-billion dollar family owned business’s in Kuwait. The job offer, as well as the company’s career site, promised a diverse demanding job that suits the aspired and fresh graduates to cope into the professional world. It is still to early to consider writing my opinion on how the workplace is and what a demanding or lack of work there is during the first couple of weeks.
I’m going to, hopefully, write my experiences at work weekly in this site to document any progress I make or share any tidbits about how to cope with the huge change from the academic world to the professional world.
